Westech-Air Systems is able to provide the following custom services in the field of industrial and commercial Control solutions:

1. Panel building to specifications.
2. Panel building to specifications of hazardous locations :Class 1 Div1, Class 1 Div 2, Class 2 Div2
3. On site electrical install and commissioning if required.
4. On site Instrumentation install and commissioning if required. Stainless tube install with Swagelock or Parker fittings also available.
5. Design build systems to meet the specific needs of an application, no system too difficult. Personal service with customer to come to most cost effective solution.
6. Full set of electrical drawings and data sheets provided with each system in AutoCAD, drawn to customers preferred standard.
7. ETL or CSA certification with all electrical systems
8. Install and programming of PLC done in house with a large choice of models including but not limited to:
• Allen Bradley
• Modicon
• Siemens
• WAGO
• Distech (Lonworks)
9. Custom solutions for control requirements including but not exclusive to:
• Air handling systems
• Incineration systems including burner controls
• Compressor skid and compressor controls
• Motor starting stations
• Contactor panels for lighting or receptacles
• Retro fitting out of date controls on existing equipment
• Most mechanical systems requiring control of temperature, pressure, level, flow or simple motion.
• Consultation for low energy or R&D projects.
